You have a date, a dinner, or a cocktail party coming up this Saturday, and you have the perfect dress picked out.

 There’s only one problem: when you try on your dress, it doesn’t fit! 

 Before you start regretting that cheat day you just had and rushing off to the racks of your local boutique to find something else to wear…take three deep breaths, and follow my advice.

Don’t worry, my advice isn’t a crash diet or a fad diet or anything of the sort.  These three slight easy yet healthy tweaks to your routine will get you back to your old, slimmer self in just 7 days!

  • Use the Cleansing Power of Green Smoothies

Of course, green smoothies are the best way to make sure you’re getting your veggies, but they’re also a great way to detoxify your system if you’ve had a cheat day recently and the perfect way to shed excess fat and water weight built up in the body.

  • Cut Out Processed and Fast Foods

I know microwave dinners, box dinners and the fast food lines are quicker alternatives to healthy meals, but they come at a price. More than just your waistline, processed and fast foods slow down your body’s normal functions, rob you of your energy, and contain all sorts of preservatives that are terrible for your health.
